- Responsible for the communication and coordination of Thailand E-commerce with internal & external teams, including channel customers, E-commerce platforms, etc.
- Monitoring and managing all E-commerce channels, covering budget, on-site and offsite marketing, B2B order fulfillment, after-sales problem, data collecting and campaign analysis.
- Work closely with E-com platforms, optimize sales and promotional campaigns to boost growth of Xiaomi online business.职位要求- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in platform operations / ecommerce sales in Thailand, ideally in electronics or tech/gadget category.
- Strong understanding of Thai online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and the electronics category dynamics, knowledge of electronics products (technical specs, accessories ecosystem) is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data dashboards, extracting insights, generating reports, making recommendations.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms simultaneously (listings, campaigns, stock, logistics, feedback).
- Proactive, results-oriented, able to work in fast-moving ecommerce environment.
- Proficient either in English or Chinese is a must.
