As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Developing and executing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings for our websites.
Conducting keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content for better performance in search engine results pages (SERPs).
Monitoring and analyzing website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track SEO success and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborating with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices throughout all aspects of our digital content and website structure.
Staying updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and adjust strategies as needed.
Managing SEO campaigns, including on-page optimization, link building, and local SEO efforts to enhance visibility and drive qualified traffic.
Providing regular reporting on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who:
Has proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a track record of implementing successful SEO strategies that have driven measurable results.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO factors.
Possesses strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Has excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
