Due to company growth, we are looking for our next payroll-billing specialist to join our team in Garden Grove.
This position requires knowledge working with HR payroll systems and knowing Quick Solve Plus (QSP) is a plus processing payroll from 50 - 200 employees. If you know what it takes, then we want to meet with you.
If you are a 'Team-Player' we want to meet with you. This position may assist other departments with administrative duties as needed.
Compensation & Details of Position:
Hourly Wage: $28-$30/hour, depending on level of experience.
Company pays 50% of the bronze or silver medical coverage
Company pays 100% of a $25,000 life insurance
Company pays 100% of the Employee Assistance Program
Accrue up to 40 hours of Paid Time Off per year- accrues upon first day of work; available to be used 90-days after first day of work.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week - specific work days will be discussed upon hire.
Classification: Non-exempt (aka hourly); eligible for overtime.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in medical billing, payroll and administrative tasks. The Billing/Payroll Specialist (BPS).
Job Duties:
Collaborate daily with the members of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team to review, reconcile, monitor, and confirm payments and invoices.
Provide tracking and monitoring reports on a regular basis, per request of supervisors and other team members.
Attend team meetings and take minutes to record relevant discussion points.
Perform general office duties (filing, records management, etc.).
Enter billing records into electronic invoicing system for reimbursements from regional center offices.
Assist Payroll department with reviews, data entry, and processing of payroll as assigned.
Perform other associated duties to support billing/payroll functions of various departments.

Requirements:
Must have at least one year of prior experience working in an office-setting, including experience with general office duties (filing, answering calls/emails, data entry, etc.).
Must have at least one year of general accounting/finance experience.
Must possess good written and verbal skills (for emails, phone calls, meeting minutes, etc.).
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision (In other words, we are looking for someone who doesn't require contact supervision)
