Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product development for complex products or strategic programs.
- Drive feasibility, cost, and manufacturability assessments in collaboration with engineering and operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure delivery against project objectives.
- Engage directly with customers and suppliers to shape product solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements in development practices.
- Mentor junior colleagues and support their development.
- Contribute to portfolio planning and technology roadmapping.
- Participate in strategic decision-making within the product line.
Qualifications:
- Bach+B5gineering, Product Development, or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in product development or related roles.
- Advanced knowledge of development processes, cost management, and manufacturing.
- Proficient in project management methodologies.
- Data-driven decision making.
