Job Description Summary:
Responsible for the overall administration of the Division / Department, including budget, finance, purchasing, procurement of goods and services, and other contracts.

- Monitor invoice payments are processed and well documented.
- Ensure all administrative documents are required.
- Helping to find out the price of transportation information is updated.
- Assist management prepare budget, planning, work activity.
- Prepare reports and related data management needs.
- Help prepare publications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative, finance, or procurement roles.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, invoice processing, and purchasing administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
