The Server is based out of The Star/Cowboys Club in Frisco, TX and reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining feast items.
- Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests.
- Demonstrates a knowledge of menu and or feast items and features.
- Takes food orders if needed, making note of any special needs.
- Demonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Keeps the work area clean and sufficiently stocked.
- Secures payment for food and beverage orders.
- Ends each order by sincerely thanking the guest.
- Serves quality food product.
- Provides outstanding customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be available to work an irregular schedule
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Must have at least 1 years’ experience in a high-volume club or restaurant.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
