Over de functie
Ben jij een deskundige op het gebied van vermogensadvies en heb je affiniteit met zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten? Heb je een brede blik, zowel commerciële- als coachervaring en ben je toe aan een volgende stap? Dan zoeken wij jou als onze nieuwe Principal Adviseur Vermogen! In deze functie ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor onze Affluent doelgroep en hun complexe vraagstukken en fungeer je als (sales) coach voor je collega’s in het rayon.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je adviseert particuliere (IB) en zakelijke klanten (DGA) over hun vermogen en begeleidt hen bij het realiseren van hun financiële doelen en wensen.
- Je wisselt klantgesprekken af met het coachen van collega’s. Je coacht collega adviseurs op vakmanschap, vaardigheden en competenties. Daarnaast stimuleer je hen actief om de efficiency te verhogen (denk aan leadgeneratie, agenda-management, funnel/conversie optimalisatie).
- Je bent expert in het adviseren van Directeuren Grootaandeelhouders en BV‑structuren, en biedt maatwerkoplossingen die aansluiten op de behoeften van ondernemers.
- Je ondersteunt expats bij vermogensvraagstukken, waarbij je rekening houdt met internationale context en culturele verschillen.
- Je hebt diepgaande kennis van Private Markets en weet deze effectief in te zetten binnen klantgesprekken.
- Je commerciële resultaten, klanttevredenheid (CSAT) en advieskwaliteit behoren tot de hoogste in jouw rayon en je helpt anderen om de lat ook hoger te leggen.
- Je stimuleert de samenwerking tussen de adviesteams en het creëren van een cultuur waarin de klant en advies centraal staan.
- Je ondersteunt de Rayonlead en vervangt hem/haar waar nodig. Je draagt bij aan de medewerkerstevredenheid, klanttevredenheid en commerciële groei van het rayon.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een afgeronde HBO- opleiding.
- Certificeringen: Wft Basis, Wft Vermogen, Wft Hypothecair Krediet, Mifid Adviseren Maatwerk (CFP is een pré).
- Je bent een natuurlijke netwerker en bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten, collega’s en externe partners.
- Je haalt voldoening uit het anderen helpen succesvol te zijn, zowel richting klanten als binnen het team (coaching/mentorschap).
- Je hebt een sterk ontwikkeld gevoel voor ondernemerschap en denkt actief mee over kansen voor klanten én de organisatie.
- Je vindt het leuk om nieuwe en bestaande collega's te begeleiden en coachen om het maximale uit zichzelf te halen.
- Je brengt senioriteit mee: je straalt rust en gezag uit en bent een volwaardig sparringpartner op strategisch niveau.
- Je beschikt over brede kennis van financiële, fiscale en juridische vraagstukken en weet deze integraal te verbinden.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en vaardig in Engels.
Wat wordt jouw plek in de organisatie?
Als Principal Adviseur Vermogen (FS 11) rapporteer je aan de Rayonlead Adviesteam Vermogen. Je helpt hem/haar om het maximale te halen uit een (of meer) rayon(s) van Adviesteam Vermogen. In onderling overleg wordt besloten in welk Rayon en op welk ING Huis welke standplaats jij aan de slag gaat.

About the Function
Are you an expert in asset advice and do you have affinity with both private and business customers? Do you have a broad perspective, both commercial and coaching experience and are you ready for the next step? Then we look for you as our new Principal Advisor Ability! In this position, you will be the point of contact for our Affluent target group and their complex issues and act as a (sales) coach for your colleagues in the region.
What are you going to do?
- ·You advise private (IB) and business customers (DGA) about their assets and guide them in realizing their financial goals and wishes.
- ·You alternate customer conversations with coaching colleagues. You coach fellow advisors on craftsmanship, skills and competencies. In addition, you actively encourage them to increase efficiency (think of lead generation, agenda management, funnel / conversion optimization).
- You are an expert in advising Directors of Major Shareholders and BV structures, and offer tailor-made solutions that meet the needs of entrepreneurs.
- You will support expats in asset issues, taking into account international context and cultural differences.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Private Markets and know how to use it effectively within customer conversations.
- Your commercial results, customer satisfaction (CSAT) and consulting quality are among the highest in your area and you help others to raise the bar as well.
- You stimulate cooperation between the advisory teams and create a culture in which the customer and advice are central.
- You support the Rayonlead and replace him/her where necessary. You contribute to the employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and commercial growth of the district.
Who are you?
- You have a completed HBO education.
- Certifications: Wft Basis, Wft Wealth, Wft Mortgage Credit, MiFID Advising Customization (CFP is an advantage).
- You are a natural networker and build lasting relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners.
- You get satisfaction from helping others to be successful, both towards customers and within the team (coaching/mentoring).
- You have a highly developed sense of entrepreneurship and actively think about opportunities for customers and the organization.
- You like to guide and coach new and existing colleagues to get the most out of themselves.
- You bring seniority: you radiate peace and authority and are a full-fledged sparring partner at the strategic level.
- You have broad knowledge of financial, tax and legal issues and know how to connect them in an integral way.
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
What will be your place in the organization?
As Principal Asset Advisor (FS 11), you report to the Rayonlead Asset Advisory Team. You help him/her to get the most out of one (or more) area(s) of Advisory Team Power. By mutual agreement, it will be decided in which Rayon and at which ING House which location you will work.
