About the Role
Based in our head office in Belrose or our Wetherill Park location.
Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days office, 2 days WFH, Mon-Fri
Become a parts detective in a welcoming team, solve problems, find solutions.
Enter into a growing business in an exciting industry.
Key responsibilities include
Working with customers and technicians to identify parts, provide information, raise quotations and deliver sales and aftersales support.
Driving spare parts sale with effective and focused customer service orders
Ensuring parts supply and delivery targets are met
Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders

What We Are Looking For
The successful applicant will have:
A passion for customer service and aftersales support
Pride in their work and reputation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate MS Excel and confidence in CRM and MRP software
A logical approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail
The ability to work unsupervised and also work within a team when required
Previous experience in with spare parts is not essential, but a desire to learn about our business and our products is.
