We are looking for a Field Technical Support - North Greece
This role is responsible for delivering field-based technical support and driving product demand across North Greece, with a strong focus on successful new product launches (e.g., ISOFLEX®). The position bridges commercial and technical functions by supporting customers, farmers, and internal teams with product expertise, field insights, and market development initiatives. Acting as a key technical ambassador, the role ensures effective product positioning, knowledge transfer, and performance monitoring to support business growth.
What You'll Do with Us:
- Lead technical launch and field introduction of new products, ensuring successful market adoption in North Greece
- Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to farmers, distributors, and customers on product use and positioning
- Identify market opportunities and contribute ideas for new markets, applications, and services
- Plan, execute, and present DEMO trials to showcase product performance and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Monitor product performance in the field and feed insights back to internal teams (Marketing, Product Management)
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support achievement of sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and support digital tools such as ARC® farm intelligence in cotton
Your qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture (essential); master’s degree in business or marketing considered an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or marketing role within the agricultural sector
- Strong technical knowledge of crop protection products and field applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage farmers, customers, and cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and field evaluation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with proven customer-facing and relationship management capabilities
