About the Role
As a Client Care Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our busy hospital and foster clinic environment - supporting foster carers, adopters, community clients, staff and members of the public through every step of their journey with us.
More than just reception, this is a role where compassion, communication and organisation come together to create a positive experience for both people and animals during what can often be emotional or stressful moments.
Fast-paced, rewarding and genuinely meaningful, this role blends customer service, administration and animal welfare support. It’s perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, loves working with people, and wants to be part of a passionate team making a real difference every day.
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who brings warmth, empathy and professionalism to every interaction. You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly and confidently and know how to support people through emotional or stressful situations with care and compassion.
Highly organised and adaptable, you’re comfortable juggling competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. You enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, take initiative and are motivated by meaningful work that supports both people and animals.
Please note: This is a part-time role working 3 days per week, with preferred availability across Wednesday and Thursday. The third day can be flexible between Tuesday or Friday.
