Assistant Store Managers will support our Store Managers with overseeing day to day retail operations and ensuring there is compliance to company policies and procedures. Assistant Store Managers take on a store leadership role when the Store Manager is away.
You will work closely with the store manager to ensure customers receive a blend of professional eye care and eyewear styling advice. You will strive to encourage a team that provides exceptional customer service and care to everyone who visits your store
