Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficiency of people processes while actively contributing to ongoing enhancements. Additionally, you will play a key role in championing and evolving the company culture.
This role can be remote from East Coast United States, or hybrid from Dublin, Ireland.
Support the delivery of HALOS’ People Strategy and implement initiatives driving performance, engagement, and connection
Act as a cultural ambassador, embodying and embedding company values into people practices
Provide a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for global employees
Handle employee queries involving People policies, processes, and programs (e.g. onboarding & offboarding, general benefits-related questions, leave administration, immigration, policy administration, HiBob navigation, etc.)
Be the champion of our People data system (HiBob): You will maintain our HRIS and ensure all new starters/changes/leavers data has been processed in a timely and accurate manner
Confidential colleague and training documentation recorded, stored, and maintained in shared files and HiBob
Ad-hoc requests for HR letters and documentation (references, data requests etc.)
Point of contact for all benefit administration in the company, ensuring benefits are administered correctly and any changes are communicated to colleagues
Ensuring compliance training completion
Employee Surveys and Exit interviews (analysis and collating of data as and when required)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Ideally, 3 years experience in People or HR functions or related areas at a high growth start-up or scale-up
Good understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
Knowledge and understanding and application of Employment Law in US, with exposure to UK and Ireland.
Working knowledge of Google applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Ability to quickly learn how to use new technologies and tools
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Curious, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
