Regional DPMM Lead (Program Lead)

Role Overview
The Regional DPMM Lead is responsible for driving the performance, consistency, and evolution of the DPMM program across Asia. This role operates at both strategic and operational levels—ensuring global program frameworks are effectively implemented, while enabling Regional Leads and DPMMs to deliver scalable, high-impact partner marketing execution.
As the regional program owner, this role acts as the critical bridge between Tech Sector global stakeholders, VML global program leadership, and regional execution teams. The Regional Lead ensures alignment to Tech Sector priorities, maintains governance and performance standards, and builds the capability of the DPMM function to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.
Stakeholder Management & Tech Sector Alignment
• Act as the primary regional liaison to Tech Sector stakeholders
• Ensure alignment to CSA priorities, solution plays, incentive programs and GTM motions
• Partner closely with Tech Sector field teams, Corp program owners and partner ecosystem leaders
• Represent the program in regional governance forums and leadership discussions
Experience & Qualifications
• 15+ years in partner marketing, program management, or GTM leadership, preferably in the tech sector
• Proven experience leading regional or global programs at scale
• Strong leadership experience managing distributed teams across markets
• Experience working with Tech Sector stakeholders, partner ecosystems, or similar global organizations
• Demonstrated success in driving performance metrics (pipeline, ROI, partner engagement)
• Strong operational and governance experience, including dashboards and reporting frameworks
