DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Planning and Forecast
ü Define the annual sales strategy in EKA channel.
ü Build the sales plan with EKA customers to achieve the business objectives.
ü Responsible for EKA channel business review via PDCA circle.
2. Platform cooperation and Account Management
ü Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of EKA customers to ensure excellence of execution.
ü Work with EKA distributors to build strong cooperation with relevant functions in Tmall.
ü Evaluate the channel budget plan to ensure the revenue and margin is in line with the strategy.
3. Capabilities of New business growth:
ü Tightly work with Tmall platform to find the business opportunities.
