Main duties
Issue documents (FCR, HBL, CBL, HAWB, D/O) to customer upon receipt of payment.
Collect required shipping documents from customers. Check and update to system, then dispatch to Operations team or Consignee in oversea.
Ensure payments received are updated in SAP.
Issue VAT invoice, Adjustment Minutes and make reports and submit to Finance.
Support Customer Service teams, Operations team in customer resolution and exception handling.
Maintain high service level and professionalism towards customers.
Resolve daily issues and ad-hoc cases, escalate where needed.
Support customers/other teams to resolve issues and exception handling.
Initiative to improve daily operation, both in productivity and work quality.
Other relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders.
Ensure smooth counter documentation operations at branch level.
To deliver a timely service to customers daily.
Make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction, response time and data quality.
Ensure timely release of documents.
Accuracy in execution of all Counter activities.
Effective query resolution.
Requirements
Graduated from university in a relevant major such as Logistics / Supply Chain
Good communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently.
Customer-minded attitude is a must.
Team player — works with others in the business unit to achieve results and fosters teamwork.
Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience are preferred, preferably in SCM documentation or system handling.
Proficiency in Microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook, ...)
Strong English proficiency, especially in writing and reading
Passion in working with process, document or systems with a careful sense.
Proactive and quick learning, strong mind of improvement.
Teamwork: able to coordinate with teammates to achieve common goals.
Knowledge/experience of Power BI and automation applications is a plus.
