About the role
The Global Head of R2R is responsible for setting the global strategy, governance, performance, and transformation of all activities within Report to Record process across the enterprise, whether executed at Haleon or by our third party provider.
Role Responsibilities
1- This role provides authoritative leadership in the development and execution of global strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the ongoing transformation of R2R processes.
2- The position holds responsibility for driving continuous optimisation, and delivering measurable outcomes in service quality, cost efficiency, risk management & compliance, and customer satisfaction (controllers internally; FDs externally; external auditors).
3- Operating with substantial autonomy and independent judgement, the Global Head manages a team of managers, empowering them to deliver results and guiding them through complex challenges in a rapidly evolving environment.
4- Demonstrating cross-functional influence, the role collaborates with senior leadership, external partners, and functional experts to shape enterprise-wide governance, performance management, and process innovation, to ensure compliance with corporate policies and IFRS requirements, conducting regular assessments and audit to maintain financial integrity.
5- The Global Head is recognised as an expert, leveraging deep industry and company knowledge to resolve complex issues, provide technical guidance, and set the standard for excellence within the discipline.
6- The Global Head drives change management initiatives to support the transition to a leaner, simplified and more agile operating mode, driving performance culture while enhancing employee engagement and productivity.

Ability to navigate and resolve complex challenges in a dynamic global environment, leveraging latest technologies /AI/Automation and showing flexibility and resilience in the context of an ever changing external and internal environment
Ability to establish and nurture key relationships at all levels of the organisation to ensure alignment and support.
Proven ability in oversight of a substantial 3rd party contract supplier, including effective management and ensuring value for money for the contract
Basic Qualifications:
Over 20+ years of progressive experience within a global finance service delivery function, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles.
Proven track record of managing large teams, demonstrating the ability to lead and engage diverse teams effectively.
Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, with experience in conducting assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing transformational projects that drive operational performance, excellence and efficiency, including operating models, processes improvements and technology implementation, leveraging new digital technologies and automation.
Proven ability to establish and build key relationships at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders, peers and external partners.
