As an
External Relations Intern
,
you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the development and operations of our legal and procurement division.
You
role will work closely with the Legal and Procurement teams, supporting external stakeholder management and coordination with government entities across the UAE.
The ideal candidate is organized, confident in communication, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has an interest in building professional relationships. A passion for cars and the automotive industry is considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with UAE government entities and external authorities including RTA, Tasjeel, and related departments

Assist in processing, following up, and expediting government-related documentation and approvals

Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and service providers
-
Liaise between internal departments and external entities to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of tasks

Support Procurement and Legal teams with operational and administrative requirements
-
Conduct external visits to government offices, partners, and service providers as required
-
Maintain accurate records, tracking logs, and documentation related to external affairs activities
-
Support additional coordination and operational tasks assigned by the Legal and Procurement teams

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Law, Public Relations, or a related field (or currently pursuing)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to build professional relationships and interact confidently with external parties
-
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
-
Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling between locations
-
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Enthusiasm for cars and the automotive industry is a plus
