CACI is looking for an experienced Portfolio Lead with strong customer relationship skills, program/contract management capabilities, implementation knowledge of IT and IT processes at scale supporting complex Government mission environments (including emerging IT/IT processes like Agile, DevSecOps, AI and cloud), program/contract delivery skills of end-to-end solutions, building and leveraging customer relationships to drive growth, and program/project management/facilitation experience to lead and support challenging programs supporting the Department of State (DOS).
Demonstrated experience of these skills within the DOS is critical. You will work with talented colleagues who are focused on growing a portfolio of contracts/programs at the DOS and play an integral role in providing a broad range of systems/software/IT expertise and growth strategies in the pursuit and execution of contracts/programs that support DOS missions and their personnel. This role emphasizes innovation, a strategic growth mindset (both new contract wins and on-contract growth) at the DOS.
CACI seeks individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems. We are seeking leaders who are adaptable, effective communicators, and able to work constructively across both business development, capture and program/contract IT delivery teams. You must be comfortable briefing executive leadership and enthused to develop great working relationships with key customer leaders, customer agency representatives, technical teams, and CACI executive management.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
