St. Mary's College of Maryland, The National Public Honors College - a public liberal arts and sciences institution - is seeking an accomplished and innovative admission professional for the position of Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Enrollment Management. The Executive Assistant performs complex and specialized adminstrative duties that support the overall management of the office of an Executive Officer of the College. The role requires independent judgment and decision making on matters that may involve highly sensitive to confidential issues, including human resources, budgets, and special projects. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted liaison to external organizations and the Board of Trustes, consistently exercising discretion and professionalism. This is a responsible and visible position that may also include the supervision of other administrative staff.

Employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
The salary range is $70,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
