We are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor, where you will lead operational delivery, shape best‑practice service models, and directly influence the wellbeing of the workforce. Working closely with the Business Strategy Lead - Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing, you will drive high‑quality advisory services, champion innovation, and ensure the Occupational Health function delivers excellence across the Council.
You will play a key part in strengthening the Council’s People Strategy, ensuring services are fast, accurate, compliant and aligned with strategic goals. This role requires leadership, clinical expertise and service development, giving you the platform to enhance self‑service options, manage complex cases, and embed professional standards across a dynamic Occupational Health team.
