Engineeing Intern

This position offers hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, quality control, and production support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive, and interested in developing a career in industrial or manufacturing engineering.

A.      Support daily manufacturing and production operations.

B.      Assist in process improvement and efficiency projects.

C.      Help analyze production data and prepare reports.

D.     Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing issues.

E.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, and Maintenance.

F.       Assist in implementing safety and quality standards.

G.     Support documentation of engineering processes and procedures.

H.     Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or 5S.

I.        Perform time studies and workflow analysis when required.

J.       Assist engineers with project coordination and technical tasks.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

·         0-1 years of experience in Manufacturing environment.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Good communication and teamwork abilities.

·         Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.

·         Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·         Knowledge of CAD software or ERP systems is a plus.

·         English proficiency preferred.
