Fandom is growing! Our Sr Product Manager 2, Monetization & CRM opportunity is a remote role based in Poland and reports to our VP of Product Monetization.
Fandom reaches over 350 million monthly fans, creating a unique opportunity to build products that connect advertisers with deeply engaged audiences. As a senior product leader within the Monetization organization, you will define and drive the strategy for lifecycle monetization across Fandom’s logged-in audience ecosystem.
In this role, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for CRM-driven monetization capabilities, enabling advertisers to engage fans through high-impact lifecycle touchpoints such as email, messaging, and owned audience experiences. You will work at the intersection of advertising, audience intelligence, and lifecycle marketing, building scalable platforms that transform Fandom’s first-party fan signals into monetizable engagement opportunities.
You will lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Data Science, Ad Operations, Sales, and Marketing, driving innovation in areas such as audience segmentation, signal enrichment, campaign activation, and personalization. Your work will directly influence Fandom’s ability to grow revenue, deepen fan engagement, and unlock new monetization models across our ecosystem.

You Will...
Define and drive CRM product strategy
- Build and own the product roadmap for lifecycle monetization and CRM-enabled advertising capabilities.
- Identify new opportunities to monetize Fandom’s first-party audience signals across lifecycle channels.
- Develop strategic frameworks that align lifecycle engagement with advertiser value and long-term revenue growth.
Lead complex cross-functional initiatives
- Lead large, cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Ad Operations.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders to deliver scalable lifecycle monetization products.
- Operate as a key product leader bridging technical teams and revenue organizations.
Build monetization platforms and platform capabilities
- Build and scale CRM-powered products enabling sponsored lifecycle campaigns, audience activation, and personalized engagement.
- Drive integrations across marketing platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or similar lifecycle marketing systems.
- Develop systems for audience segmentation, signal enrichment, and campaign targeting.
Drive data-informed decisions that user and business value
- Leverage experimentation, analytics, and data science to optimize product performance and validate product hypotheses.
- Launch new monetization capabilities that expand Fandom’s advertising platform and create differentiated advertiser offerings.
- Identify opportunities to unlock new revenue streams through lifecycle engagement and audience intelligence.
- Continuously evolve lifecycle monetization capabilities to maximize fan engagement and advertiser ROI.
You Have...
- 6–10+ years of product management experience, ideally within advertising, marketing technology, CRM platforms, or consumer engagement products.
- Strong domain expertise in lifecycle marketing, audience engagement, CRM platforms, or ad-supported digital media businesses.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience building or scaling products involving audience segmentation, personalization, targeting, or marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging experimentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral data to inform product decisions.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable technical products.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.

- Experience working in ad-supported consumer platforms or digital media companies.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), identity systems, or audience data products.
- Experience building advertising products leveraging first-party data.
- Understanding of privacy regulations and consent frameworks impacting audience data and marketing technologies.
