You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

More about this role
- Do asigned tasks related to payroll process for VN market (Payroll processing, Personal Income Tax managing, Payroll cost reports...) to ensure agreed processes and services are delivered in line with agreed service levels, customer service and key performance indicators
- Be proactive in giving excellent support and contribution to the Payroll Team to achieve the objectives;
- Be an excellent team player to extend the professional manner in supporting colleagues in and out of the Payroll Team (ad-hoc)
- Identify HR needs and recommend to build into the systems, to embed practices into automatic processing.
- Work closely with HR teams, other functions such as IT, Finance, Sales … to identify work processes & opportunities for automation, design and plan automation projects to improve employees’ productivities within the organization
- Other support to HR or business projects when required.
Job requirement:
- University degree or equivalent education
- At least 1,5 years’ experience in C&B in multinational and professional companies.
- English communication
- Good at excel, have experience in working with payroll systems
- Solving problem, Planning, Communication
- Be able to maintain, analyze the database & suggest with valued initiatives
