Your responsibilities
- "End-to-end eLearning development:
- + Training Needs Assessment – identifying skill gaps and defining clear learning objectives.
- + Content Analysis & Creation – transforming expert knowledge into structured, learner‑friendly content.
- eLearning Authoring & Production – building interactive, modern courses using industry‑leading tools.
- + Ensuring accuracy, usability, and a smooth learner experience across devices.
- + Setting up, uploading, configuring, and maintaining courses on the Learning Management System (LMS)."
- Independently deliver training coordination for logictics preparation and management, support pre and post training activities.
- Independently deliver as LMS Admin to upload & organize training materials, e-learning modules, ... on the LMS
- Independently deliver collecting data (survey pre and post class, feedback), tracking progress of training
- Execute the master training schedule to ensure no conflicts and optimal participation across departments
- Execute monthly reports for the L&D Manager
Your qualifications
- Instructional Design: Ability to analyze & propose Training Needs Analysis (TNA), define learning objectives, and transform complex information into structured, learner-friendly content.
- e-Learning Development:
- + Hands‑on experience with Articulate 360, including Rise and Storyline
- + Ability to design interactive, learner‑friendly eLearning content
- + Experience managing end‑to‑end eLearning development, including storyboarding, design, QA, pilot testing, and subject matter experts collaboration."
- Media & Visual Design:
- + Proficient in using Canva (or equivalent tools) for visual design
- + Basic video editing skills (e.g., trimming, adding text, simple transitions)
- + Ability to create images and visual assets for learning materials"
- Experience using a Learning Management System
- Independently deliver in planning training and managing multiple learning events simultaneously.

- + Strong skills in communicating training plans and events across the organization to drive engagement.

- At least 2 year experience in E-learning design position.
- Bachelor degree
