What you'll be doing
The E-Tailers Executive is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online retail partners (e-tailers). The role focuses on driving sell-out, maximizing online visibility, ensuring brand excellence across digital platforms, and delivering profitable growth in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
· Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned e-tailer partners.
· Act as the main point of contact for commercial, operational, and marketing topics.
· Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and commercial strategy.
· Sales & Growth
· Deliver sales targets, growth, and profitability across e-tailer accounts.
· Optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
· Monitor sell-out performance and take corrective actions where needed.
Commercial & Negotiation
· Support negotiations on commercial terms, margins, and promotional plans.
· Manage annual calendars including launches, exclusives, and key trading moments.
· Ensure ROI on promotions and online investments.
Digital Merchandising & Brand Image
· Ensure accurate product content, visuals, and descriptions on e-tailer platforms.
· Drive online visibility through banners, homepages, search, and paid media.
· Guarantee brand consistency and premium online execution.
Operations & Coordination
· Coordinate with supply chain to ensure optimal stock availability.
· Work closely with marketing, trade marketing, and finance teams.
· Track order processing, replenishment, and operational performance.
Reporting & Analysis
· Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and stock KPIs.
· Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
· Monitor market trends, competitors, and e-commerce best practices.
What you’ll need to succeed
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Key Accounts, or Digital Sales.
· Experience working with online marketplaces or pure-player e-tailers.
· Strong commercial and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics.
· Data-driven mindset with solid Excel skills.
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
· Cross-functional collaboration skills.
· High attention to detail and brand sensitivity.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
· Beauty, FMCG, or luxury brand experience.
· Experience in Middle East / GCC markets.
· Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, or similar platforms.
