Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end creator operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention of creators. - Drive creator performance by designing incentive schemes, education programs, and engagement strategies. - Monitor content production and ensure alignment with platform trends and business goals. - Support and execute AI-related projects (e.g., AI-generated content, template production, mini drama, etc.) to scale content supply. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, product, and data) to optimize creator output and project performance. - Analyze performance data to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and drive GMV growth.
