In support of this growth mission, in May 2021, Nordhealth raised €120M through a public-listing on Euronext Growth Oslo stock exchange.

We are here to create great healthcare products. That’s at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around. We spend more time with our co-workers than anyone else in our lives. Being part of an exceptional team is not only important for your personal mindfulness but key for your professional progression.
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Product Manager to join our Therapy BU and lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence into our core Practice Management System (PMS). This is a unique "0 to 1" opportunity to build new AI-driven products from the ground up and scale them to their first 1000 users and beyond.
The ideal candidate is a "builder" who thrives in the AI era, combining technical curiosity with deep empathy for healthcare professionals. You will play a critical role in transforming clinical workflows; reducing administrative burden and enhancing the practitioner experience through intelligent automation and data-driven insights.
AI Strategy & Clinical Vision
Define and champion the vision for AI adoption within Nordhealth’s core PMS, identifying high-impact opportunities to streamline clinical workflows.
Lead the "0 to 1000" journey for new AI features, focusing on rapid prototyping, user validation, and achieving early product-market fit.
Establish OKRs and KPIs specifically for AI initiatives, tracking accuracy, user adoption, and time-saved for practitioners.
Execution & Builder Mindset
Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and data science teams.
Manage the full product lifecycle, maintaining a high velocity of experimentation to move from ideation to a live product with 1000+ active users.
Prioritize the backlog by balancing cutting-edge innovation with technical feasibility and the high-stakes reliability required in healthcare.
Market Expansion & Compliance
Navigate regulatory landscapes (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, HIPAA) to ensure all AI implementations meet the highest standards of data privacy and clinical safety during new market expansion.
Conduct deep user research to empathize with the daily pains of healthcare providers, ensuring AI solutions solve real-world problems rather than just chasing trends.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the subject matter expert for AI within the organization, educating stakeholders on the possibilities and limitations of the technology.
Collaborate closely with Clinical and Engineering teams to ensure AI models are grounded in medical reality and seamlessly integrated into the PMS interface.
