Job Description:
Ensure all documents, contracts are dealt with timely manner
Support sales to work with all related departments (Customer Service, Legal, Supply Chain, Technical team...), customers for machine delivery
Update and Manage CRM for all reports which are requested from line manager or marketing department
Assist Sales, Customer Service team to get using index information form customers
Assist exparts Sales, Line Manager to handle requirement, complaining from customers
Support sale activities (promotion, customer gift, arrangement machine for lending or returning, ……)
Assist Sales Manager and General Manager for all requests
Candidate Requirements:
University degree or equivalent qualification
At least 01-year experience in multi-national companies
Speaking Chinese is preferred
Experience in Salesforce, CRM, Oracle is an advantage
Ability to work under high pressure
Fluent in English
Good negotiation skills at different level in the organization
Organized, reliable, self-motivated and confidence personality
Interpersonal communication
