Salary: £24,546 per annum
Location: City of Glasgow, office based
Contract/Hours: Permanent / Full Time – 35 hours per week - Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm.

Action for Children’s Glasgow Stoneside Family Support service provides high-quality, compassionate care for children and young people with additional support needs, alongside meaningful support for their families. Based in the southside of Glasgow, Stoneside offers both Short Break and longer-term residential care in a safe, nurturing environment designed to help young people thrive.
We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our friendly team and offer valued support through a range of administrative services. You will be first point of contact for our operational colleagues, welcoming all internal and external visitors to the service, making sure everyone has a wonderful experience.
You will deliver a high quality, effective, efficient, administrative service that is flexible to meet the needs of our team, ensuring the smooth running of our support services.
You’ll take ownership of your tasks with confidence, ensuring precision in every aspect of your work.
A crucial part of this role involves managing and recording the petty cash and online receipting on behalf of the service p card holders, a task which requires attention to detail and accuracy.
