Timetable Coordinator
📍 Location: Oxford or London, with occasional travel to campus locations, if required.
📄 Contract Type: Full-time - 37 hours per week
💰 Salary: From £30,079 (Outside London) / £32,297 (Inner London) based on experience

The Timetable Coordinator will take ownership of the London timetable, ensuring it is planned, managed, and optimised to meet operational and commercial objectives.
The role will also provide oversight of timetabling across all campuses, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with institutional strategy.
Alongside this, the role will support data analysis, reporting, and modelling to drive resource utilisation, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
