Bring your financial crime expertise to an industry with purpose, scale and global impact
At MUFG Pension & Market Services, your skills in financial crime investigations, AML/CTF and regulatory reporting translate directly into meaningful work supporting millions of Australians. As part of the largest business within a global financial institution, you’ll apply your specialist knowledge in a complex, highly regulated environment — while building your career in superannuation with strong development pathways and exposure to high‑profile clients and regulators.
This role is ideal for a financial crime specialist who brings deep experience in end‑to‑end Suspicious Matter Reporting (SMRs) and a strong understanding of regulatory obligations, and is keen to apply that expertise in a new sector.
About the role
As a Suspicious Matter Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in protecting members, clients and the organisation from financial crime. You’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end SMR investigations and reporting, operating in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment while maintaining the highest quality and regulatory standards.
You’ll act as a subject matter expert across fraud, AML/CTF, KYC and sanctions, working closely with internal stakeholders, clients, regulators and law enforcement to identify, investigate and report suspicious activity.
