Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience designing, building, and operating Wi-Fi networks.
- Experience in a programming language such as Python, Go, etc.
- Experience with 2 or more of the following technologies/protocols: 802.1X, 802.11, unlicensed Radio Frequency planning (2.4 and 5GHz), TCP/UDP/IP.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced network certifications or equivalent level experience (e.g., CWNE, CCIE Wireless).
- 10 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated specifically to enterprise-scale wireless architecture and design.
- Experience designing and managing enterprise-grade wireless ecosystems (e.g., Cisco, Aruba/HPE, or Juniper Mist).
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard RF predictive modeling and site survey tools (e.g., Ekahau, Hamina).
- Proficiency in network automation using Python, Ansible, or REST APIs to manage large-scale infrastructure configuration.
- Knowledge of IEEE 802.11 standards (including Wi-Fi 6/6E/7), 802.1X authentication, routing/switching protocols (VXLAN, BGP), and enterprise security (WPA3).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$257,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Technical Roadmap and Architecture: Own the strategic goal, design, and end-to-end architecture for the global enterprise wireless footprint (Wi-Fi 6E/7, Private 5G).
- High-Density Design: Architect and optimize robust, high-performance RF environments across corporate campuses, datacenters, and distribution centers.
- Automation and DevOps: Help develop intent driven automation and APIs to automate wireless provisioning, configurations, and policy deployment.
- Advanced Observability: Establish proactive telemetry and monitoring solutions to optimize capacity and resolve systemic performance issues.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Workplace, Voice/Video, and Hardware teams while mentoring and leveling up junior network engineers.
