Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of EPCC tender documents, including technical schedules, commercial inputs, and compliance checklists.
Track tender timelines, submission deadlines, and evaluation milestones across active bids.
Coordinate with internal teams (land, CRESS, finance, legal) to gather inputs required for tender submissions.
Maintain an organised document repository for all active tenders, ensuring version control and audit trail.
Support the development of no-policy special projects, coordinating feasibility inputs, authority submissions, and stakeholder correspondence.
Track regulatory engagement and approval milestones for active special projects.
Assist in preparing presentation materials and project briefs for senior leadership review.
Coordinate with external consultants, authorities, and contractors on document requests and submission requirements.
Attend and minute meetings with external parties, ensuring action items are tracked and followed up.
Submit weekly progress updates to the Senior EPCC & Special Projects Manager on assigned projects.
Maintain project status trackers and flag risks or delays proactively.
Requirements
1–2 years in RE project development, engineering, or project management — internship or graduate experience considered.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, or related field.
Exposure to tender or proposal preparation is an advantage.
Strong document management and organisational discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Clear written communication, able to draft professional correspondence and meeting minutes.
