CATEGORY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR (Healthcare Supply Chain)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team supporting category management and related programs
- Oversee analytics, dashboards, and reporting to guide sourcing strategy
- Ensure contract accuracy and data integrity in ERP/category systems
- Serve as escalation point for complex data and supplier issues
- Partner cross-functionally to support sourcing, RFPs, and contract renewals
- Drive cost savings, benchmarking, and optimization initiatives
- Establish data governance and improve processes/workflows
- Support capital planning and equipment lifecycle management
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
- 3 years' experience in supply chain operations or GPO operations, preferably in the healthcare industry
- 3 years direct leadership experience
Preferred:
- CSCP, CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma (preferred
- Master's degree or professional certification (CSCP, CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma, CHL)
Setup: Night-shift / Hybrid after 3months onsite
