Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Partner Growth Lead.
Sells company's products and services (special focus on Realtime Environmental Pollution Monitoring Portfolio) within a geographic territory. Maintain relationships with existing Customers and develop New Customers
You will report to the Partner Growth Leaders - India and will be a full time.
Your Responsibilities:
Obtain in-depth understanding of RA business process
Understanding of the Sales Fundamentals (listening, analysing, lead qualifying, and negotiating, persevering, closing), Value-based selling and Outcome-based selling, working experience with Distributors
Develop accounts plan for the assigned territory and prospect list for sales opportunities
Understand the client processes and business model and will analyse, identify, and create customer needs for RA products (Special Focus on Glens Portfolio) and use RA resources to meet
Understanding the Emission and Sustainability market, drivers and innovative and gain share customer needs
Qualify, and close the qualified sales opportunities for assigned territory following sales process
Create a positive experience and maintain relationship with the customers and work with Partner EcoSystem closely during the keep, find, and close process
Think in multiple dimensions, strategically and execute on tactical actions to achieve RA business objectives
Drive results, develop strategy, manage and build a good relationship skill (Customer Focus/Motivator)
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Engineering Degree with 8+ years of experience with Sales experience in Industrial Automation
The ability to travel 70-80% % of the time
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Understanding of Sustainability Initiatives and positioning of relevant Offerings.
Working with Partners and create new market.
Familiarity with IT/OT convergence, industrial automation platforms, and digital tools like CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or data analytics platforms.
