Key responsibilities:
- Execute Order Processing Excellence – Perform daily order-to-stock activities, ensuring accurate and timely stock allocation based on availability and fulfilment constraints within defined guidelines.
- Ensure Order Accuracy – Validate order details and proactively resolve routine issues such as discrepancies, backorders, and cancellations to maintain smooth processing.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Field Stock Management, Credit&Collection Shared Services, and Customer Care to ensure seamless execution and alignment across teams.
- Maintain Data Integrity – Accurately record and update order information in ERP and CRM systems, ensuring full traceability and reliable reporting.
- Support Backlog Management – Contribute to backlog transparency by providing input for prioritization and helping improve operational responsiveness.
- Follow Process Standards – Adhere to established SOPs and APQC-aligned workflows, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency in all activities.
- Enable Operational Efficiency – Actively support end-to-end order fulfilment by ensuring high-quality data entry, effective coordination, and smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders.
We expect:
- Educational Foundation – Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Early Career Experience – Initial experience in order entry, customer service operations, or a comparable environment
- Accuracy in Execution – Ability to work precisely and reliably in fast-paced operational settings
- System Exposure – Basic familiarity with ERP and CRM systems as well as order lifecycle processes
- Detail Orientation & Data Quality – High level of attention to detail, ensuring accurate order entry and consistent system updates
- ERP/CRM Proficiency – Solid foundation in system navigation, data entry, and order tracking
- Collaboration & Communication – Strong teamwork and communication skills to enable smooth cross-functional coordination
- Language Skills – Fluent in English and German, and French a strong advantage
