We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor Low Voltage to lead our electrical maintenance team at an iron ore concentrator in Liberia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all LV electrical work, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation.
Supervise and lead a team of LV electricians and technicians.
Oversee maintenance of MCCs, motors, VSDs, soft starters, lighting, and LV power distribution systems.
Conduct troubleshooting, fault-finding, and repairs on fixed plant electrical equipment.
Coordinate daily tasks, permits, and job safety planning (LOTO, risk assessments).
Work with planners to schedule planned maintenance and shutdowns.
Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety procedures, and site regulations.
Support reliability improvements and update electrical drawings and documentation.
Trade Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or E&I.
10+ years experience in LV electrical maintenance in mining, processing plants, or heavy industry.
Proven team leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of industrial LV systems: MCCs, VSDs, motors, and control wiring.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and single-line diagrams.
High safety awareness and experience with LOTO procedures.
Experience working in remote mining environments is an advantage.
