At Telcoserv S.A., the Telecom Project Coordinator – RF & Installation is responsible for managing and supervising RF implementation, telecom installation, integration, and commissioning activities for mobile network projects. The role supports network rollout and modernization programs across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage telecom site implementation and RF installation activities.
- Supervise subcontractors, field engineers, and installation teams.
- Coordinate installation, integration, commissioning, and site acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with customer, vendor, and HSE standards.
- Troubleshoot RF and telecom implementation issues.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and technical performance.
- Prepare implementation reports, documentation, and as-built records.
- Support network swap, upgrade, and modernization projects.
Requirements
- Degree/professional certification in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics', or technical related field.
- Approx. 3–5 years of experience in telecom implementation, RF installation, or network deployment.
- Strong knowledge of mobile technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G).
- Experience with vendors such as Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, or ZTE.
- Experience in site supervision, integration, and commissioning.
- Good understanding of RF equipment, transmission systems, fiber optics, and telecom infrastructure.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and project stakeholders.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel, if required.
