Job function and sub function: Quality Assurance –CMM Engineer.
- Program and operate CMM machines to perform precise dimensional inspections.
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Analyze and document measurement data to ensure components meet specifications.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to address non-conformances.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes.
- Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Layout.
- Maintain accurate records of programs, processes, and results.
- Knowledge of CMM Software (Polyworks- Scanning & Probing).
- Knowledge of Instrument Calibration Activity.
