Job Description

• Manage sales orders using Microsoft Dynamics AX, WEB, SQL and Excel systems 
• Respond to customer needs based on product availability 
• Provide information such as advice, pricing, dates and delivery status 
• Handle Salesforce requests 
• Participate in supplier training sessions  
• Participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) 
• Knowledge of ERP management systems and SQL  
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented with good interpersonal skills 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Energetic and detail-oriented 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written  
• Ability to work well in a team 
• Knowledge of tires and automotive accessories an asset 
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or similar role
