ASSOCIATE, OFFICE ADMINISTRATION, SUMMER STUDENT

 

The successful candidate(s) will be assigned to one of the Office Administration team and will be responsible for a number of responsibilities and tasks including but not limited to processing incoming and outgoing mail, internal mail, filing, processing incoming emails, assisting with team projects and requests, and supporting other projects as required.

 

LOCATION AND STATUS

• Calgary, AB
• Full-time, temporary term

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of administrative experience an asset
• Working towards a post-secondary certificate, diploma, degree in business administration is an asset
• Confident user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products, familiar with office technology such as scanners, copiers, and fax machines
