Job Purpose
The Sales Representative at Matar Al Baqmi Holding Company plays a key role in driving the company's revenue growth by actively identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Present and promote company products and services effectively to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or similar customer-facing roles.
