As a multi-discipline, self-performing leader, we execute a significant portion of our work in-house. This provides strong exposure across all phases of execution—from procurement and logistics through turnaround execution and completion. You’ll work in dynamic environments where coordination, logistics, and efficiency are critical to success.
This role is based in Fort McMurray and supports a major turnaround project with rotational work schedules.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to support turnaround execution
- Track material inventory levels and ensure availability for critical path activities
- Interface with procurement, vendors, and field teams to align material deliveries
- Verify materials against purchase orders, specifications, and packing lists
- Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking systems
- Coordinate staging, laydown areas, and material logistics on site
- Identify and resolve material shortages or discrepancies
- Support expediting activities to ensure timely material delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety and handling requirements for materials
- Assist with reporting and documentation related to materials management
Qualifications:
- Experience in materials coordination, logistics, or warehouse operations in industrial environments
- Knowledge of construction materials, especially mechanical or structural components
- Strong organizational and tracking skills
- Experience with inventory systems and documentation
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and proper material handling practices
Work Conditions:
- Site-based position in Fort McMurray, AB
- Rotational schedule supporting a major turnaround project
- Day shift and night shift work required
- Camp accommodations and travel provided (where applicable)
- Physically active role with outdoor and industrial exposure
