Are you looking for an opportunity to lead and implement change initiatives involving processes, technologies and people which contribute to the overall effective improvement of the Supply Chain site? If so, this is the role for you.
As Manufacturing Site Management Director, you will ensure that the Supply Chain specific site strategy is aligned with the Consumer Healthcare and broader business strategy. You will also manage risk in the production and site operations to ensure supply continuity to the Haleon commercial business.
This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Set the vision and strategy for the site aligned with the Consumer Health, Supply Chain, and Haleon strategy
Coordinate and direct the production and technical/support functional activities on Site toward achievement of goals
Ensure alignment of the Site with the Supply Chain, Category, and Haleon through timely and interactive communication
Manage risk in production and site operations to ensure supply continuity to the Haleon commercial business
Ensure all trading service agreements are properly managed
Implement a quality management system (QMS) for the site
Identify and implement quality audits and self-inspections and implement all recommendations resulting from the audits in a timely manner
Ensure all staff on site are trained to the standards required in our QMS/Site policies
Drive the adoption of a right first time (RFT) quality culture across the sites
Ensure Site compliance with all Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Regulatory requirements
Implement programs to ensure safe working practices and health of the workforce
Lead, train, develop, and motivate Site Leadership and employees towards the pursuit of operational excellence and attainment of efficient good manufacturing practice (GMP)
Manage employee relations through effective performance management and labor relations excellence
Develop and deliver the financial budgets in compliance with financial standards
Manage site business performance through the establishment of Governance Boards, chairing – EHS Council, Risk Management, and Strategy Deployment
Manage and deliver change initiatives involving processes, technologies and people which contribute to the overall effective improvement of the site as defined by our strategy
Represent the face of Haleon to external bodies, customers, and local community
Network across Consumer Health and Global Supply Chain with a focus on customers, supply chain functions, and category

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree in general management
Experience working at multiple work sites
Experience working in/leading a technical production team
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Master’s degree in business or finance
Experience working in a rapidly changing manufacturing environment
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Broad business understanding and experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to solve problems effectively
Knowledge of FDA regulations
