We’re looking for a strategic, Lean‑driven engineer to shape the future of our toothpaste manufacturing site. If you’re passionate about Continuous Improvement, inspiring teams, and delivering measurable results, this role is for you.
What You Will Do:
Build and drive short- and long-term site strategy with clear priorities and KPIs
Lead a strong Continuous Improvement culture using Lean/Six Sigma tools
Strengthen performance management, governance, and end‑to‑end value stream efficiency
Run the site’s PMO, ensuring key projects and resources align with business strategy.
Lead and develop a team, empowering people at all levels to improve how we work.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Extensive experience in Operational Excellence leadership
Proven track record of successfully managing transformational projects
CI, Lean or Six Sigma Black belt certification
Ability to effectively manage and engage a versatile team by providing professional expertise and leading by example
