BUSINESS PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING SPECIALIST: Senior Level

Position Overview
Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist to provide facilitation, training, methodology development, evaluation, and process reengineering support across all project phases. The specialist will identify best practices and apply change management, business management techniques, and organizational development strategies to support process modernization initiatives.
Position Duties
Activity and data modeling.
Developing modern business methods
Identifying best practices, creating and assessing performance measurements
Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.
Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
Seven (7) years of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree required
Four years’ experience in business process re-engineering with demonstrated, increasing responsibilities within this field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create frequent business presentations.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with business and technical personnel at all levels.
Clearance Requirements
IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
