QualificationsQualifications include (but not limited to):
Must be at least 21 years of age;
High school diploma or equivalent;
Prior reception experience preferred;
10+ phone extension experience;
PC experience (including Microsoft Outlook), with ability to perform tasks on a computer;
Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment, such as copiers, fax, and postage machines;
Highly professional and courteous, in appearance, conduct and manner, with ability to interface well with all levels of the organization;
A quick learner with the ability to adjust to a dynamic environment;
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, both quickly and under pressure, and with exceptional attention to detail;
Reports to work on a regular and timely basis, and ensures that work responsibilities are covered when absent;
Promotes and observes safety and security procedures, uses equipment and materials properly;
Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry at least 30 lbs.
