Job Description
What You Will Do
- Greet golf guests like old friends, even if it’s their first time here – you're the friendly face that sets the tone.
- Keep the course running smoothly by managing tee times, monitoring pace of play, and enforcing cart and course rules (with a smile, of course).
- Double-check receipts and assign carts like a tee-time traffic controller – organized is your middle name.
- Be the go-to for where the snacks and drinks are (because golf is thirsty work).
- Pitch in with everything from filling water coolers to filing ranger reports – no task too small, no course too big.
What We Are Looking For
- Basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette – You don’t need to be the next Tiger Woods, but knowing a birdie from a bogey helps you guide players and keep the game running smoothly.
- Customer service experience (3+ months) – If you've helped people before, you’ll help golfers feel welcome.
- Comfort being on your feet all day – You’ll be walking the course, not sitting in the clubhouse.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs – Water jugs and ball washers aren’t light.
- Flexible availability – Our guests play early mornings, evenings, and weekends. You’ll be there when it counts.
- Team spirit and initiative – You’ll work closely with the golf and grounds crew to keep things smooth and stress-free.
