Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution?What we’re looking for:- Efficient: Your key focus is to provide essential operational support for smooth account management. This role involves assisting with day-to-day account operations, and working closely with clients and Deal Operations to drive seamless execution while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborative: In order to support our agency accounts, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Operations, Analytics, Technical Ops, and Publisher Account Teams to become a subject matter expert on the Index Platform and Supply Side targeting in an effort to drive performance and growth of our partners.
- Communicative: You will be working on a number of clients and be expected to facilitate internal communication between them and other Index Exchange teams to ensure deliverables stay on track and to meet deadlines.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:- Assist in the day-to-day operations for our agency, marketplace and brand marketer partners throughout AUNZ.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and deliverables are provided promptly.
- Support with internal and external reporting, deal requesting and monitoring
- Developing your knowledge of streaming TV and the challenges faced by both broadcasters and agencies in targeting consumers within this medium
- Developing your knowledge of agency hold co businesses
- Use data and reporting analysis tools available to help identify key insights for clients looking to expand the value of their Index Exchange partnership
- Execute operational tasks such as performance monitoring, report creation, and updating internal systems with accurate and up-to-date account information.
Here's what you need:- 2-4 years of experience in digital media; client-facing experience
- Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to solve customer problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and polish.
- Ability to work in both collaborative and independent settings, while remaining responsible, enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs is a requirement for the role. Experience with DOMO, Looker, Tableau and/or similar analytical tools is considered an asset.
