Job Summary
• This role is responsible for driving marketing excellence and performance management projects to maximize marketing ROI, researching methods for project and modelling reuse, and leading analysis of financial and operational metrics. The role provides valuable business performance analytics, recommends go-to-market actions, implements marketing processes and tools, and develops marketing and sales policies. Additionally, the role includes overseeing collaboration with IT for analytical reports, monitoring campaign budgets, and applying advanced subject matter knowledge to contribute to complex projects.
Responsibilities
• Drives execution of marketing excellence and performance management projects to provide operational processes, marketing policies, measurement, analytical model, and actionable plan to maximize the return on marketing investment.
• Researches and evaluates opportunity to apply common methods and frameworks across analytic projects to allow for reuse of modeling.
• Leads analysis of historic financial and operational metrics, such as business seasonality, lead, sales pipeline conversion rates, to drive action planning.
• Provides value-added business performance analytics and optimization solutions, and recommends go-to-market actions based on analytical findings to senior leaders.
• Implements marketing processes and tools such as marketing resource management (MRM), customer relationship management (CRM) and customer knowledge management (CKM).
• Develops marketing and sales policies with particular focus on specific product line and/or region in compliance with local regulations.
• Leads collaboration efforts with IT to design, publish and maintain analytical reports to make key customer and marketing information available to sales, marketing, and business owners.
• Oversees monitoring of campaign budgets and provides support in budget allocation by reconciling market program spend to the planned budget.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and participates in providing mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, data analytics, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
